atmx Powers Regional Australia Bank’s ATM Fleet Upgrade

We are thrilled to share that atmx has successfully completed the installation of new ATMs for our valued partner, Regional Australia Bank (RAB), further enhancing access to cash across regional communities.

Aiming to enhance its self-service banking experience and optimise service delivery, RAB has partnered with atmx to roll out the latest ATM technology. The new fleet includes the advanced Diebold Nixdorf DN Series ATMs, known for their reliability and innovative features. These new devices deliver fast, intuitive, and secure transactions including cash withdrawals & deposits, balance enquiries, PIN changes and e-receipts. The user-friendly interface and multi-language support reflect a strong focus on accessibility and inclusiveness.

As part of its comprehensive managed services model, atmx provides end-to-end ATM solutions tailored to the needs of each customer. This includes the supply and support of white-labelled ATMs, hardware installation, complete line maintenance, real-time monitoring, cash management, replenishment, and funding, allowing RAB to optimise availability while rapidly introducing new features and enhancing the overall customer experience.
